Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at MBF, a leading national financial planning and investment management organisation. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide technical support to a team of Senior Financial Planners, working closely with both Planners and Senior Paraplanners to develop your career and progress within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Planners and their clients
  • Work closely with Paraplanning and other internal teams to facilitate efficient and quality administration, resulting in excellent client outcomes
  • Ensure client files pre- and post-meeting contain all relevant information and paperwork, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client data
  • Maintain a basic level of industry knowledge through private reading and attending workshops
  • Support the development of the organisation's financial planning services
