Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform variance analysis to understand deviations from the budget and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations, ensuring financial integrity.
  • Support the creation of engaging Board presentations that convey complex financial information effectively.
  • Pursue continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, driving excellence and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is necessary.
