Job Role: We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead the development and implementation of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and functional teams to understand their financial needs and provide expert support in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.">
  • Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.">
  • Analyse financial performance to identify areas of opportunity or risk, providing actionable insights to improve business performance and drive profitability.">
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior managers and their teams, continuously evaluating and improving financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.">

Requirements: At least 3 years post-qualified CIMA/ACCA, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams.
