About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Adult Services Specialist to join our team at Remedy Recruitment Group. As a key member of our adult social care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to vulnerable adults in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess the needs of individual adults and develop effective care plans that promote independence and well-being.
- To work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver holistic care and support services.
- To ensure that all adults receive person-centred care that respects their rights, dignity and autonomy.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working in adult social care.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills.

- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
