We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team at Ideal Carehomes. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in making our care home a great place to live for our residents.

About the Role

  • Plan and deliver person-centred activities that are aspirational and fun for our residents
  • Work with our residents to create a varied and engaging activities programme
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure activities are tailored to individual needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organisations to access resources and opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of our activities programme and ensure it is aligned with our care home's values and objectives
