We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team at Ideal Carehomes. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering person-centred activities that bring joy and fulfillment to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of activities and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and opportunities for our residents
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 + paid breaks
- Part-time hours on a consistent 3 on/3 off shift pattern for a great work-life balance
