Activities Director

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to join our team at Ideal Carehomes. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering person-centred activities that bring joy and fulfillment to our residents.

• Plan and deliver a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for residents
• Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and opportunities for residents
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement

• A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus paid breaks
