Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Activities Director to join our team at Ideal Carehomes. As an Activities Director, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activity programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities
  • Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities align with individual resident needs
  • Source and book entertainment, trips, and other activities
  • Lead activities and engage with residents to promote socialization and well-being
  • Monitor and evaluate activity programs to ensure quality and effectiveness
