Job Title: Bid and Fundraising Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bid and Fundraising Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Development team, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of donor relationships and working across all parts of the proposal process from prospect research to submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of donor relationships to support Ambition Institute's mission
  • Work across all parts of the proposal process, from prospect research to submissions
  • Collaborate with the Associate Directors of Development to support their work in leading funding opportunities
  • Support the development of central government contracts, local authority bids, corporate partnerships, and grants from trusts and foundations

This is an exciting time for the Development team, as we are looking to diversify our income streams to support Ambition Institute's mission. As a Bid and Fundraising Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals and make a meaningful impact on educational disadvantage.
