Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Representative to join our team at Motorpoint Ltd. Based in Widnes, this role offers the perfect opportunity to accelerate your career in the automotive industry.
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £55,000 (OTE)
About the Role:
- Build strong relationships with customers in the showroom, delivering exceptional sales service and exceeding targets.
- Determine customer needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions for their new vehicle purchases.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless sales processes and achieve monthly targets.
- Liaise with other departments to provide same-day delivery services, managing customer expectations when necessary.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or target-driven environments.
- The ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rotating shift.
