Discount Sales Leader

Are you a Discount Sales Leader looking for a new challenge? We're Solent International Ltd, a dynamic company seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our discount retail strategy.
As a sales leader with a proven track record in driving growth through trend analysis and customer opportunities, you'll be responsible for mentoring a high-performing sales team, building relationships with key retailers, and managing budgets, forecasting, and objectives.
We're offering a competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum), structured bonuses, salary sacrifice pension scheme, medical cash plan, flexible working, 25-30 days holiday per annum, and learning and development opportunities.
About the Role:
- Job Purpose: Lead our discount retail strategy, driving growth through trend analysis and customer opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities: Mentor and inspire a high-performing sales team, develop strategies to capitalize on customer opportunities, build strong relationships with key retailers, and work across departments to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Requirements: 5+ years of experience in discount retail, leadership experience, high-level negotiation skills, and confident presentation skills.
