Sales and Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Widnes, United Kingdom. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently to minimize wait times and maximize sales.
- Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels to ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude to provide exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet business needs.
- Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems to ensure accurate data entry and stock management.
