We are seeking enthusiastic and sociable individuals with basic woodwork skills to support young people at risk of engaging in damaging behavior.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. As a Youth Support Worker, you will provide guidance and support to help them learn new skills and participate in positive activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support young people in developing their skills and confidence
  • Promote healthy relationships and behaviours
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment
Requirements:
  • No prior qualifications necessary
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Possession of basic woodwork skills (although not essential)
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Availability:

The role requires flexibility, with four time slots available: Monday 9:30am-12:30pm, Monday 1:00pm-4:00pm, Tuesday 4:30pm-7:30pm, or Wednesday 4:30pm-7:30pm.
