Job Description:
Liquid Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled New Homes Sales Executive to join our team in Manchester. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for achieving front-line sales performance targets for shared ownership and other sales-related products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Achieve individual sales targets and ensure reservations are met on time
• Work closely with the Customer Service Team, Marketing team, Sales Progression team, After Sales team, independent mortgage advisers, solicitors, Service Charge team, and Housing Management on all sales-related matters
• Manage sales leads efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain expert knowledge of our developments, locations, and wider communities to inform and promote our offerings
• Be proficient in explaining technical information related to property specifications and plans
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as fraud, money laundering, GDPR, and property mis-descriptions

Requirements:
• Proven experience in new homes or shared ownership sales (preferably both)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
