**Administrative Support Position:**

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to our Executive Director at BROOK STREET.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Executive Director's diary, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, highlighting key discussions and actions taken by the Executive Director.
  • Provide exceptional minute taking services, recording accurate and concise minutes during meetings.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance in all activities, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional administrative support, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR compliance and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
