Our company is currently recruiting a full time Office Administrator to join our growing team. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our team in Trefforest office. This role is a great opportunity for someone with administration, Sales, customer service, book keeping and E-commerce experience who wishes to progress in to a more senior role.

**The duties will include, but not limited to;**
- Ensuring all day to day administrative duties are undertaken so the office is running efficiently.
- Provide additional support and cover in the office during absence/Holidays
- Deal with issues/problem on an independent basis.
- Manage the collecting and collating of monitoring statistics, feedback, reviews and other evaluation materials
- Assist with the management of staff duties
- Management of buildings and ensuring all legal compliances including Health and Safety are compliant
- Writing products descriptions
- Manage all aspects of product listings, create engaging production descriptions and combine these with images, videos and reviews to build accurate and exciting content to drive online sales and company performance
- Maintain account and shop health
- Monitor and improve the trading performance of your portfolio across our range of selling platform
- **Assist with Tiktok live streaming**:

- **Monthly BookKeeping**

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Experience in an office administrative role with evidential transferrable skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem solving.
- Outstanding communication skills at a native English level or C2+ level
- Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills - particularly Excel
- Proactive and self-motivated, willing to learn new skills and have a logical approach to the tasks at hand.
- Strong organisational skills and be able to multi task efficiently, with an eye for detail and design
- **Achieved at least 2:2 undergraduate degree.**:

- Eligibility to work in the UK, with all documents available.
- Previous work experience with online sales (desirable)
- Good understanding of TikTok App
- Have access to own vehicle (desirable)
- **Bookkeeping experience (Essential)**:

- **Willing to working flexibly**:

- **2 years customer service experience (Essential)**

**The successful applicant can expect to receive**:
Full initial training and on-going support in the role

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
