The Role:
As a Vehicle Sales Administrator within our busy dealership, you will assist with the day to day running of our operations in providing high quality administration support to our sales managers & our sales executives.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Organise, schedule and diarise workload to ensure all paperwork is accurate & completed on schedule.
- Taxing and invoicing new and used cars.
- Registering products and ensure that set standards are accurate & timely
- Raising Purchase order and internal requests for maintenance work required
- Inputting & maintaining stock details on group’s computer system.
- Liaising with sales executives to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to a very high standard.
- Working closely with group dealers and customers to ensure payment is received on time.
- Perform general ad hoc duties as required

**Your Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:

- Previous car sales administration experience beneficial
- Computer Literate, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Pinewood Pinnacle experience would be advantageous
- AFRL experience & DVLA Online systems beneficial
- Confident communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work successfully as a team player
- Ability to manage own workload
- Helpful and customer focused approach to work
- A thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract, Full-time
