We are currently seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Aramark, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management and financial performance of the food and beverage function, working closely with the Head Chef and Bar Stewards to ensure correct stock levels are maintained.
You will also be responsible for managing and accounting for client specialist stock, ensuring quarterly client tariff reviews are completed in line with contractual specification and client profit return agreement.
Additionally, you will champion excellent customer service and effectively implement all customer communication tools, managing and directing the effective delivery of special functions or events.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous management experience in the food services or retail industry, with a proven track record of producing reports across all areas of the business.
You will also need to be able to lead by example, manage a team of colleagues, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
A DBS check will be required, and you will need to hold a Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or 3 and a Health and Safety qualification level 2.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £29,400 per year, full-time hours of 40 per week over 5 days, and a range of benefits including a £20 per year gym membership, generous holiday entitlement, life insurance, and pension contribution.
