Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager at Aramark, you will be responsible for the operational management and financial performance of the unit food and beverage function. This includes working closely with the Head Chef and Bar Stewards to ensure correct stock levels are maintained, managing and accounting for client specialist stock, and ensuring quarterly client tariff reviews are completed in line with contractual specification and client profit return agreement.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in the food services or retail industry
  • Ability and full confidence in producing reports across all areas of the business
  • Lead by example, be able to manage a team of colleagues and have a positive, can-do attitude
  • A DBS check will be required
  • Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or 3
  • Health and Safety qualification level 2
  • Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation

What We Offer
