Job Title: Administration Scheduler

Antac Support Services is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Scheduler to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing workflow, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow for CRM system, ensuring accurate billing and property documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to ensure work is progressed through CRM correctly and on time.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for suppliers carrying out works on Home Counties Void Properties.
  • Utilise strong Microsoft 365 package skills to support administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Confident in using system-based work and Microsoft 365 package skills.
  • Able to identify opportunities for advancing the organisation's mission while maintaining awareness of business areas and associated risk.
