Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Works Administrator to join our team at EKFB. As a key member of our Temporary Works Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handling and manipulating Key Performance Indicators and Reporting Data
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver accurate information
- Developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of the project and client needs
- Building and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders
You will also be responsible for gathering and interpreting data to produce internal and external reports, conveying accurate information effectively using the most appropriate methods.

About You- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C Maths and English
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Familiarity with Microsoft Forms & Power BI
- Good communication skills and organisation skills
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
