**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Co-ordinator of HR Services to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As an HR Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the creation, maintenance, and distribution of employment documentation to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of employment documentation, working closely with clients and internal teams.
- Review and revise existing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with Employment Law.
- Liaise with clients to understand their documentation requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the distribution of documentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of documentation services.
- Manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Employment Law.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Employment Law and its application in a business setting.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Estimated salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum.
