We are looking for a Regulatory Advisory Consultant to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in trading floor-based compliance advisory and a deep understanding of MiFID 2, MAR, FCA, PRA, FX Global Code, and other regulatory rules.

About the Role

The Regulatory Advisory Consultant will be responsible for providing proactive compliance, regulatory, and reputational risk advisory services to our markets business lines. This includes advising on compliance and regulatory aspects of new products, maintaining relationships with business lines and control functions, and participating in the development of compliance policies and procedures.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £80,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
  • They will also possess a broad knowledge of AMF rules and regulations, as well as EU directives and US regulations related to financial services.
