Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled individual to support the Head of Business Advisory Compliance in ensuring Marex Group adheres to regulatory requirements, remains within stated risk appetites, maintains good conduct, drives a strong culture, and positive customer outcomes.

The successful candidate will deliver second-line oversight of listed derivatives business activities across Marex Group, including metals, commodities, energy, financial futures & options, and listed derivatives clearing and direct execution businesses.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage responses to listed derivative exchange regulatory enquiries.
  2. Review and advise on specific BAU transactions.
  3. Identify regulatory or reputational risks and escalate to management for resolution.
  4. Support compliance team members on delivery of timely compliance review and approval of new business initiatives.

Skills and Experience

  • Prior compliance advisory experience from a bank, brokerage, or listed derivative exchange (at least 2 years).
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Degree-educated or equivalent, with financial services industry qualifications preferable.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
