School Support Role
Ackerman Pierce is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a KS4 SEN Outreach Tutor. In this position, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a community setting.

About the Job
We are recruiting a Secondary Math's and English Outreach Tutor to offer one-to-one support to SEND Students who require alternative provision due to their unique needs. As part of our team, you will create and implement tailored educational strategies to meet the specific needs of each student.

Key Tasks:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and support to SEND students.
  • Develop and implement effective educational plans to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and schools to ensure seamless support for students.

Requirements:
  • Background in teaching English, Maths, or SEN classes from KS1-KS5.
  • QTS status (or equivalent) or unqualified with two years' experience teaching NC core subjects.
  • Experience working with ASD/EBD/SEMH and associated complex needs.
  • Two years of previous experience working within a UK school.

Projected Annual Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000 (based on 30 hours per week)
