We are seeking a skilled Internal Communications Specialist to drive strategic communications for our global HR initiatives. This role is pivotal in executing communications for various areas, including Career and Development, Global Recognition Program, Employee Listening Activities, Performance Achievement and Rewards, and HR Corporate Function Communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing communications strategies for global learning initiatives, including the TQ program, leadership development, and essential HR processes.
  • Providing ongoing support for initiatives like Great Place to Work, Q12, and Your Voice Matters.
  • Assisting with communications that drive awareness and engagement with our performance, rewards, and promotion periods.
  • Supporting execution of HR-to-HR communications, particularly with the recent CLHRO transition.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in internal communications or a similar role within a medium- to large corporate or government environment.
  • Excellent written, editorial, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project/campaign management and organizational skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization.
  • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and MS Viva Engage.
