Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced communications specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education or equivalent experience, with evidence of ongoing professional development and training in the communications field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication projects for various audiences.
  • Manage media relations and internal communications for a large public-facing organization.
  • Lead and manage complex projects, including budget management and timescale deadlines.
  • Provide strategic communications advice to senior leaders and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide communications support for trust projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and training in the communications field.
  • Substantial experience in managing media relations and/or internal communications.
  • Experience of leading and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to think strategically and plan communications for maximum impact.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
