Job Title: Senior Care Leadership Position

Company Overview: Alcedo Care is a leading provider of community-led care services. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care to our clients while supporting the growth and development of our staff.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, paid weekly on Fridays.

Job Description: As a Senior Care Leadership Position at Alcedo Care, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring our team of carers. Your duties will include conducting competency checks, service reviews, and developing relationships with clients and their families. You will also assist with carer and client rotas, provide care in accordance with best practices, and participate in on-call duties for our emergency out-of-hours service.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a full driver's license, 6 months of care experience, and an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
