Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Field Care Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for care, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities: As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring our team of carers, conducting regular visits to clients, and ensuring that all care activities are carried out in accordance with best practices. You will also develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families, participate in on-call duties, and contribute to the development of our team.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a full driver's license, 6 months of care experience, and an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. A competitive salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, paid weekly on Fridays, is also available.
