Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable primary school in Bethnal Green, Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCO to provide support to children with Autism and other special needs.

About the Role:
  • Provide one-to-one support to children with Autism and other special needs
  • Assist the SENCO in developing and implementing individual education plans
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with Autism and other special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality support to children and families
