Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an outstanding school in Tower Hamlets. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with learning difficulties and helping them reach their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Work 1:1 with a pupil who has learning difficulties
  • Support students in a classroom setting
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to support student learning
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with learning difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of one academic year
