Main Responsibilities
- Deliver care for families, children, and communities in partnership with team members and service users.
- Provide a proactive, responsive service based on identified health needs, leading the delivery of the universal Healthy Child Programme.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services for children and families within the community.
- Assess child and family needs, using assessment and risk assessment tools, and develop outcome-focused care plans.
- Support breastfeeding and parent-infant relationships, applying Unicef UK Baby Friendly Initiative standards.
What You'll Need
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Health Visitor role within the last 3 years.
- NMC Professional Registration and current knowledge of Health Visitor practices.

Person Specification
- Registered Nurse roles require evidence of NMC Registration and Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
- A car and valid UK driving license.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Health Visitor environment within the last 2 years.
Salary Range
£30,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
