Job Description

As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can develop your skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our Residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to Residents and their families.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified
  • Experience working in a care home environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
  • Pay rate is subject to experience and qualifications: estimated £32,000 - £42,000 per year
