Job DescriptionJob Title: Care Assistant

We're seeking kind and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you'll provide person-centred care support to individuals living in their own homes, promoting their overall health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care such as support with washing and dressing, administering medication, and supporting people to use mobility equipment where required.
  • Offer companionship, shopping, and light housekeeping services to enhance the quality of life for our customers.
  • Build trusting and meaningful relationships with our customers, using good listening skills, a patient and flexible approach, and a good sense of humour.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.50, plus 35p per mile, and paid travel time at £12.50 per hour.
  • A joining bonus of £250.

Our Care Assistants work alternate weekends, with every other weekend off. If you work part-time, you just need to commit to two shifts per week plus alternate weekends. If it's your weekend to work, you'll get your days off mid-week instead.
