Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum and 0.30p per mile
We are seeking two experienced Care Assistants to join our team as the next Senior Care Assistants in the business. These roles involve working a 4 and 3 rotation between the hours of 07:00 and 22:00, with an average of 42 hours per week. This position is pivotal in supporting our care assistants with transitions into new packages.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work alongside our team of Care Assistants, utilising your experience and skills for hands-on care delivery. You will provide primary support to the business in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free approach to their care journey.
In addition to this, you will be involved in marketing activities to aid the growth of our services. This may include participating in 20/20 leaflet marketing campaigns and conducting environmental risk assessments at customers' properties.
This role follows a set working schedule, consisting of a two-week rotation. The schedule is as follows:
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

We have a robust pre-employment training programme in place, providing all essential onboarding procedures for our Care Assistants. You will also receive ongoing support from our dedicated Care Management Team, experienced Senior Leadership Team, and our approachable Office Team.
