About the Opportunity

HC-One Ltd. is passionate about providing exceptional care and services to our Residents, and we are seeking an experienced Activities Coordinator to join our team at Fieldway, Mitcham, London CR4 4SJ.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our Residents and contribute to the success of our organisation.

As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities that promote socialisation, skill-building, and overall well-being.

You will also collaborate with our dedicated team to develop and deliver activity programmes that meet the diverse needs and interests of our Residents.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve excellence in care and service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging activities for Residents
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events
  • Develop and deliver activity programmes that promote socialisation and skill-building
