About the Role

We're seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in revenue generation. As the inaugural hire for this business unit, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the sales strategy, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive business growth from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth for goPuff's advertising business, including creating compelling pitch materials, managing sales pipelines, and securing investments.
  • Team Leadership: Assume full responsibility for leading a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform the development of goPuff's advertising products and services.
Requirements
  • +3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of revenue generation and team management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data and create compelling pitches to secure new business.
