Amazon Warehouse Operations Team Lead

About Gopuff: We are a dynamic team looking for a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our warehouse operations. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Show the warehouse team how it's done, demonstrating best practices and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack orders to minimize out-of-stock products, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage Drivers: Ensure seamless delivery experiences by coordinating with drivers, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Put away products, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Compliance and Waste Management: Work closely with the TooGoodToGo partnership to manage waste effectively and maintain compliance with company standards.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Possess working knowledge of web-based software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.
- Flexibility and Availability: Be available to work during peak hours (5pm - 4:30am) and be flexible in your schedule to meet business needs.
