Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team. As a Building Surveyor at Building Careers UK, you will be responsible for working on a range of exciting projects, from project development to project management. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Development: You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Project Management: You will manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Project Coordination: You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
- APC Support: You will receive valuable support as you work towards achieving your APC (Assessment of Professional Competence). We understand the importance of your professional development and will provide the resources and guidance you need to succeed.
- Competitive Salary: The salary on offer for this role is up to £45,000.
Requirements:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related RICS accredited field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within a building consultancy.
