Our client, a small but thriving building consultancy in Liverpool, is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of building surveying services to clients, including project management, site inspections, and report preparation.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's services and business growth.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within a building consultancy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
