Job Title: Personal Assistant to Directorate Managers

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Directorate Managers in the Surgical Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Directorate Managers, including diary management, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Deal with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
Requirements:
  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Mathematics and English Language or equivalent.
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent or equivalent level of proven experience.
  • Secretarial training and qualifications.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Ability to work with multiple databases and management systems.
Personal Qualities:
  • Tactful and diplomatic.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Excellent professional telephone manner.
