Dispensing Optician Leadership Role

Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dispensing optician to join our team as an Optical Practice Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our team of opticians and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care and service.
As a leader in our optics environment, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, including managing the shop floor process and coordinating with our home office teams
- Developing the skills of our opticians through coaching and training programs
- Working closely with our area managers to achieve business objectives and targets
- Providing clinical support and guidance to our team members
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
