About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Horizon Care & Education Group. As a leader in our Children's Homes, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that supports the well-being and success of our young people.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, achieving compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of care and quality.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £48,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth through our Education Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth operation of daily life within our homes.
  • Maintain a high level of compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted-rated 'Good' home.
  • Hold a relevant qualification in Children and Young People's Services, such as an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
