Job Overview: Whitehall Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Technical Laboratory Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing laboratory operations and ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives.

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled laboratory professional to lead a team of laboratory staff and report directly to the Technical Manager. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to manage laboratory workload and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage laboratory resources to meet customer demands and business priorities.
  • Lead and develop laboratory staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Provide expert technical support, including product trials and problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical work conducted in the laboratory.
  • Respond to technical queries from customers and stakeholders.
  • Perform laboratory tasks as required, including experimentation and testing.
  • Work closely with the Technical Manager to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with raw material suppliers.
  • Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and production teams to provide technical expertise.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy laboratory environment.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £62,500 - £77,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career development.
