Job Title: Property Manager and Lettings Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager/Lettings Administrator to join our busy lettings team at Career Studio. As a successful Property Manager/Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties throughout the Midlands Area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise between outgoing tenants, landlords, contractors, and utility suppliers to ensure smooth property management.

* Update software and collate documents to ensure compliance on a daily basis.

* Arrange EPCs, gas certificates, and EICRs for properties.

* Organise repairs and maintenance with service contractors.

* Provide excellent customer service to tenants and landlords.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 12 months lettings/property administration experience.

* Confidence with computerised software and online packages.
