We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to lead, develop, coordinate, and manage our clinical services, contracts, and projects. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the strategic planning and development of Ace Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of people with complex communication difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of clinical services, contracts, and projects, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators.
- Manage and develop a team of clinical professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills, capacity, and competency to deliver services to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with partners and stakeholders, including commissioners, to ensure the delivery of services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure the effective management of clinical services, including the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Lead the recruitment and induction of clinical staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver services to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement a robust system of continual professional development for clinical staff, ensuring they maintain their professional registration and adhere to legal and national professional requirements for practice.
Ace Centre is a registered charity providing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Assistive Technology (AT) services for people with complex needs. We have a clear business plan to deliver on four key goals: establishing and developing AAC/AT expertise, becoming a nationally recognised Centre of Excellence, providing advocacy for people needing/using AAC/AT, and becoming the 'go to' place for AAC and AT resources and information.
