Facilities Management Administrator

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Administrator to join a leading Facilities Management client in Upminster, Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the FM Helpdesk Inbox, scheduling reactive and help desk call outs, and reviewing jobs received during the working day to allocate accordingly to Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
- Maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox and schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
- Review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
- Process purchase orders and invoices, issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits.
- Input data and support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in Help Desk and Facilities Management.
- General Administration skills.
- CAFM knowledge.
