About the Opportunity:

Burgh Recruitment Limited is seeking a talented and motivated Professional Support Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in a Financial Advisory practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Partner and other members of the team, including managing workflow and client relationships.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Partner and other members of the team
  • Manage workflow and client relationships to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Liaise with external Paraplanners and the Client Servicing Team to maintain strong working relationships
Requirements:
  • Administration experience in a Financial Advisory practice
  • Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation
  • Experience with client management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Professional and confident in dealing with people
