Senior Facilities Officer


We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Facilities Management Team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming college environment.

You will be the single point of contact for all requests for repairs, faults, and other maintenance issues from staff, ensuring that all faults are logged on the college helpdesk system. You will also work alongside the site services team to provide first-line response to repair requests, covering non-plant equipment, fabric, plumbing, carpentry, decorative repairs, porterage duties, and maintaining key inventories and stock.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with contractors and be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines. A background in facilities management is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the Facilities Manager.

We offer a generous annual leave package, including 27 days plus up to 8 additional days over Christmas/New Year, as well as an additional 5 days wellbeing leave. In addition to a competitive salary of £30,680 - £35,328 per annum, we offer up to 40 days + Bank Holidays.
