Accounts Administrator Vacancy:

Hiring an experienced Accounts Administrator to support our finance team at HSB Technical.

Duties:
  1. Processing payroll hours and emailing to the payroller
  2. Maintaining accurate records of wages and Pension contributions
  3. Entering supplier invoices into Sage50
  4. Transferring weekly wages to the bank
  5. Settling proforma invoices and expense claims as necessary

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record in accountancy or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in Sage50 software
  • AAT qualification or similar
  • Expertise in using MS Office tools
  • Able to commute to Torpoint, Cornwall

Salary Range: £59,100 per annum (based on 35 hours per week at £14.68ph)
